How do i rectify the prompts while doing LEED Compliance 


1.Surface 'Roof (T.56.E55)': Absorptance < 0.70 input. Only two inputs (0.7 default or 0.45 for cool-roof) allowed. Roof will be simulated with aborptance of 0.70.? Do i need to change this as per 90.1 ASHRAE ?
2.Please have a look at the image attached,how do i solve this ?
