[Equest-users] eQUEST and the IRS

Can anyone enlighten me as to why eQUEST isn't on the approved IRS
software list for calculating commercial building tax deductions?

We have a client that is about to remodel their building with an
approved software package, which is an extreme waste of limited modeling
resources.

Seems like it might be cheaper for them to pay for the approval process.
Or get some other to pitch in.
