Jeff,

What Umesh has mentioned is probably the only way to get back the toolbar 
that floats in the graphics view!

But here's a neat little shortcut you can use to capture screenshots. 
Click anywhere around the building (in blank space) and press key "J" on 
your keyboard for a screenshot in .jpg format, and press "B" for a .bmp 
format file.
These will be saved in your current project folder and the easiest way to 
access it would be from Tools -> View File Locations
