[Equest-users] Modelling DOAS with energy recovery updates?

Hi all,
I have found some earlier threads related to this topic but it appears
that nothing has really worked well.  

The system I am modeling is a group of residential units with PTACs with
electric heat (essentially like a hotel) and has a central DOAS with
energy recovery to provide ventilation air to the individual units and
common spaces such as the corridors.

So... are there any new revelations about modeling a DOAS system that
people know about or specific ideas about modeling this system?
