Not easily.

You can output the OAT to an hourly report and calculate the heating &
cooling degree days in a spreadsheet.

Or, you can run the DOE weather processor to generate a weather station
statistics summary report (.STA text file) which includes heating and
cooling degree days at various balance temperatures for each month.
