[Equest-users] increase the speed of simulations

I created a model and incorporated a lot of changes during refinement process. I suspect that all those changes are slowing down the calculation process. Is there any way to create a completely new model from scratch and import all information  from the existing model and get rid of the history with all changes I made.  If not, is possible to delete the history from the existing model and to preserve the very latest inputs. 
 
I would appreciate any help.
