The standard TRNSYS library includes all the components you need to
simulate such a system, from the multizone building (Type 56) to the
solar collector (Type 71 for evacuated tube collectors) to the
absorption machine (Type 7).
Some non-standard components are also available from TESS if you need
more flexibility to simulate the absorption cooling machine. You can
find more information on the TESS libraries on the TRNSYS website:

(go to "component models", you will find a list of available Types and a
link to TESS)
